The International Journal of Business and Economic Sciences Applied Research (IJBESAR) is a blind peer-reviewed, scholarly journal devoted to publishing high-quality papers and sharing original economics and applied business research worldwide. International trade, financing and investments, and the related cash and credit transactions, have grown at an extremely rapid pace in recent years. IJBESAR exists to publish high quality research papers in economics, accounting, finance, banking, corporate governance and their interfaces. The interfaces are relevant in many areas such as economic policy, financial reporting and communication, foreign exchange management, valuation, financial performance measurement and managerial reward and control structures. It intends to serve as an outlet for theoretical and empirical research in with emphasis on applied policies that affects directly/indirectly the business world.
The Journal especially encourages the submission of articles, which are empirical in nature. Theoretical work submitted to the Journal should be original in its motivation or modeling structure. Empirical analysis should be based on a theoretical framework, and should be capable of replication. It is expected that all materials required for replication (including questionnaires, computer programs and data sets) should be available upon request to the authors.
It aims to act as a guide for new developments and prospects in different aspects of economic thought and business methodologies and it is published simultaneously online and on a printed form three to four times a year by the International Hellenic University (IHU) - Kavala Campus, Kavala, Greece. Papers are invited both from academics, researchers and practitioners.
